 Price:                          The price is in US$ for each pack. For example, if it shows 100/PACK, the price is for 100pcs.  The term is “Ex-Factory” Taiwan, which does not include the freight or other shipping/tax cost.

Freight:                        After we receive your order, we will calculate the weight and volume and then quote the total freight.  Shipment will be made from Taipei, Taiwan.

Payment:                      The payment is by manual processing. After we receive your order, we will send you a “Credit Card Authorization”, which please fill in and send back to us. Payment by T/T (bank transfer) is also OK.

Lead Time:                   Usually in about 14 days. We will reconfirm the actual lead time after receiving your order.

Minimum Order:           One standard pack per item.  For example of the electrical fittings the minimum is 100/PACK (100pcs.).  Exception is for the Acrylic Gems and Crystals, of which the minimum is US$300.

UL/CE Certificates:       On request, we provide the relative certificates of approvals for the electrical fittings you order.
